If you wish to exchange a product that has been bought online please email within 7 days of receiving your item. All exchanges will be approved once item has been received at Project Strong Mum and is in acceptable condition. Item must not be worn, altered and must be in original condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to Project Strong Mum and this includes any related costs eg. postage.

We offer an exchange for damaged or faulty items but do not offer exchange for change of mind.

If a suitable product can't be found for exchange the customer will be issued with a credit note.
